We’re back! Ten years for us and going strong for this major Chapman Museum fundraiser at the Queensbury Hotel. This year, you’ll be treated to our yummy FlavorWow™ samples that can easily be paired with wine from our friends at Adirondack Winery. Our tables will be right next to each other – so pull on up!
Learn how chocolate is made and the history behind this delectable treat. Gain knowledge in the art of tempering and how to work with chocolate. You’ll work with a few different kinds of chocolate and use this knowledge to make a few treats to take home.
Please advise of any food allergies and note that there is dairy in the chocolate we will be using. Students should plan to bring an apron, wear closed-toe shoes and a hat, hair band or other item to put up long hair.
It’s back! The Wine and Chocolate gala sponsored in part by Barkeater Chocolates is a night of…well, wine and chocolates. This is Chapman Museum’s most important fundraiser.
Enjoy craft beer and networking with refreshments by Streaking Moose BBQ at Northway Brewing Co! To help celebrate Barkeater Chocolates’ 15th Anniversary, there will be chocolate pairings available at the mixer.
Join us from 4:30-5:30 for a guided pairing of chocolates with Adirondack Winery‘s wines. The pairing will include their Chocolate infused port, Celebratory Red, a limited run created in collaboration with Barkeater Chocolates to celebrate both of our 15th anniversaries. In addition, we’ll unveil our Celebratory Red Truffle that we created with their port. We will pour a flight of their local wines and guide you through how to pair them with our chocolates. It will be a tasty and educational treat.
