Deb & Jim Morris purchased the Barkeater Chocolates Factory building in early 2013. The building had been owned by multiple generations of a local family beginning in 1947. Prior to that…all we have is rumor and innuendo. We know the building was built in 1880 and we know there’s a whole lot more to this building than meets the eye.
On June 9, from 12:00-3:00, we will have Haunted Factory Tours that will include a little bit of chocolate history and a lot of stories as told from the point of view of Barkeater team members, customers and even construction workers who renovated our building in 2015. We’ll feature new information from our Paranormal Investigation Team, Union Paranormal out of Greenwich New York. The tours will be continuous throughout the three hour block.
