We’re back!! Since 2008, we’ve made the Gore Mountain Harvest Fest a staple event. Lots of fun, lots of things to do, lots of entertainment…and of course…lots of FlavorWow™ chocolates! Visit our booth for a taste of the Flavorondacks™!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year!! Visit the Gore Mountain Region during the peak of Fall Foliage this Columbus Day Weekend and spend your days at the Gore Mountain Harvest Fest. Our booth will be chock full of Barkeater Bark. A delicious, FlavorWow™ stop indeed.
Learn how chocolate is made and the history behind this delectable treat. Gain knowledge in the art of tempering and how to work with chocolate. You’ll work with a few different kinds of chocolate and use this knowledge to make a few treats to take home.
Please advise of any food allergies and note that there is dairy in the chocolate we will be using. Students should plan to bring an apron, wear closed-toe shoes and a hat, hair band or other item to put up long hair.
We’ll be featuring our Cherry Chic & Almond Cherry Bark with Northway Brewing’s co-branded Chocolate Cherry Beer!!
