This special ticketed session will feature samples of 4 different chocolates specially paired with 4 Adirondack Winery wines. Learn about the taste profiles of each of the chocolates and how to best choose the wines to enjoy them with, and more.

Join Deb Morris, owner of Barkeater Chocolates, for this in depth Chocolate and Wine Pairing session. This special ticketed session will include 5 samples of gourmet chocolates, expertly paired with 5 award winning Adirondack Winery wines. During this advanced class, you will learn about the history of chocolate making and some of the secrets behind Barkeater’s award winning chocolates. Learn how to closely tune into all five senses to make the most of each chocolate and wine pairing.

Join us for this fundraising gala to raise money to help local kids who are dealing with financial difficulties after the loss of a parent. We’re teaming up with ADK Winery to bring you an event within an event: a wine and chocolate pairing session.
Enjoy craft beer and networking with refreshments by Streaking Moose BBQ at Northway Brewing Co! To help celebrate Barkeater Chocolates’ 15th Anniversary, there will be chocolate pairings available at the mixer.
This year, we’re offering a special event for kids to meet and mingle with Mrs. Claus. For an hour and a half, children will get to hang with Santa’s Number One helper (though she’ll tell you she does most of the work and gets none of the cookies).
Our interactive event will last approximately 90 minutes and includes hot cocoa and a special Christmas treat for each child. Kids will get to submit questions for Mrs. Claus that they’ve always wanted to ask. She’ll read stories and bestow her wisdom upon everyone.
The event begins at 1:00 on Saturday, December 2, after the North Creek Christmas Parade.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Johnsburg Food Pantry.
