This special ticketed session will feature samples of 4 different chocolates specially paired with 4 Adirondack Winery wines. This special ticketed session will include 5 samples of gourmet chocolates, expertly paired with 5 award winning Adirondack Winery wines. During this advanced class, you will learn about the history of chocolate making and some of the secrets behind Barkeater’s award winning chocolates. Learn how to closely tune into all five senses to make the most of each chocolate and wine pairing.
