A fun day with food trucks, FlavorWow™ chocolate treats and a bounce house!! Kick off the summer on your way through the ADK.
Learn how chocolate is made and the history behind this delectable treat. Gain knowledge in the art of tempering and how to work with chocolate. You’ll work with a few different kinds of chocolate and use this knowledge to make a few treats to take home.
Please advise of any food allergies and note that there is dairy in the chocolate we will be using. Students should plan to bring an apron, wear closed-toe shoes and a hat, hair band or other item to put up long hair.
This wholesale event is for registered wholesale buyers only and will feature everything retailers need to load up for the holiday season (and beyond!). Enjoy FlavorWow™ samples while you peruse the very best New York state is serving up.
This year, we’re offering a special event for kids to meet and mingle with Mrs. Claus. For an hour and a half, children will get to hang with Santa’s Number One helper (though she’ll tell you she does most of the work and gets none of the cookies).
Our interactive event will last approximately 90 minutes and includes hot cocoa and a special Christmas treat for each child. Kids will get to submit questions for Mrs. Claus that they’ve always wanted to ask. She’ll read stories and bestow her wisdom upon everyone.
The event begins at 1:00 on Saturday, December 2, after the North Creek Christmas Parade.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Johnsburg Food Pantry.
