Small Business Saturday is the day to shop small! You’ve done the Black Friday sales, now come to our factory store where we’ll have all the Small Biz bling you could ever want! Oh, and of course, delicious chocolates hand crafted in the heart of the Flavorondacks™!!
Teens visit area eateries to create (and eat) a 5 course meal ending with dessert!! Here, they’ll finish off their meal by handcrafting a FlavorWow™ chocolate delight!! Reservations must be made in advance.
Learn how chocolate is made and the history behind this delectable treat. Gain knowledge in the art of tempering and how to work with chocolate. You’ll work with a few different kinds of chocolate and use this knowledge to make a few treats to take home.
Please advise of any food allergies and note that there is dairy in the chocolate we will be using. Students should plan to bring an apron, wear closed-toe shoes and a hat, hair band or other item to put up long hair.
