This interactive museum is a must see! Visit dozens of buildings showcasing the history of the Adirondacks. If you can only pick one day this summer to go…you must go during the Made in the Adirondacks fair. Vendors will line the grounds of the ADK Experience and we’ll be there handing out scrumptious FlavorWow™ samples and selling yummy chocolates! The Made in the ADK fest is back and we will be there for another fun day of treats! Visit us in the lobby of the Adirondack Experience and sample some of our FlavorWow™ chocolates!
Learn how chocolate is made and the history behind this delectable treat. Gain knowledge in the art of tempering and how to work with chocolate. You’ll work with a few different kinds of chocolate and use this knowledge to make a few treats to take home.
Please advise of any food allergies and note that there is dairy in the chocolate we will be using. Students should plan to bring an apron, wear closed-toe shoes and a hat, hair band or other item to put up long hair.

During the 90-minute session, you will learn about the beer styles, how to sample them with their pairings, and why it all works together. After, chat with the local purveyors over a free draft!

This year, we’re offering a special event for kids to meet and mingle with Mrs. Claus. For an hour and a half, children will get to hang with Santa’s Number One helper (though she’ll tell you she does most of the work and gets none of the cookies).
Our interactive event will last approximately 90 minutes and includes hot cocoa and a special Christmas treat for each child. Kids will get to submit questions for Mrs. Claus that they’ve always wanted to ask. She’ll read stories and bestow her wisdom upon everyone.
The event begins at 1:00 on Saturday, December 2, after the North Creek Christmas Parade.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Johnsburg Food Pantry.
