Our budding young chocolatiers class will focus on the history of chocolate and feature a hands-on chocolate manufacturing program. Two sessions: 1:00-2:30 for kids in 3rd-5th grades and 3:00-4:30 for kids in 6th-8th grades. Students will get to make (and of course…eat) the most delectable FlavorWow™ products!!! It’s an informative and yummy session that sells out every year.

Wine & Chocolate for Dummies

Enlighten your senses as Deb Morris, owner of Barkeater Chocolates, walks you through the basics of chocolate & wine pairing. This special ticketed session will feature samples of 4 different chocolates specially paired with 4 Adirondack Winery wines. Learn about the taste profiles of each of the chocolates and how to best choose the wines to enjoy them with, and more.

This special ticketed session will include 5 samples of gourmet chocolates, expertly paired with 5 award winning Adirondack Winery wines. During this advanced class, you will learn about the history of chocolate making and some of the secrets behind Barkeater’s award winning chocolates. Learn how to closely tune into all five senses to make the most of each chocolate and wine pairing.
