In 2008, we started with truffles and a website. Today, we operate out of our factory on Route 28 in North Creek. On June 9, we’re having our official celebration at the factory store and throughout town! Visit us as we’ll have various happenings throughout the day including giveaways, food, a S’Mores station, dipping station, sipping chocolate and even haunted tours!
Teens visit area eateries to create (and eat) a 5 course meal ending with dessert!! Here, they’ll finish off their meal by handcrafting a FlavorWow™ chocolate delight!! Reservations must be made in advance.

Join us for the launch party of a brand-new wine in celebration of our 15th Anniversary! “Celebratory Red”, a chocolate infused port style wine, was created by Adirondack Winery in collaboration with Barkeater Chocolates. It’s a FlavorWow tasting experience not to be missed.
Join us from 4:30-5:30 for a guided pairing of chocolates with Adirondack Winery‘s wines. The pairing will include their Chocolate infused port, Celebratory Red, a limited run created in collaboration with Barkeater Chocolates to celebrate both of our 15th anniversaries. In addition, we’ll unveil our Celebratory Red Truffle that we created with their port. We will pour a flight of their local wines and guide you through how to pair them with our chocolates.
