Yummy Granola Recipe

Want a FlavorWow™ granola recipe that also packs a nutritional punch? Try this one on for size.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup ground flax seed

1 scoop protein powder of your choice

2 tbsp. almond flour

2 tbsp. chopped pecans

2 tbsp. honey

3 tbsp. peanut butter

1 tbsp. maple syrup

1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (like our Majestic Maple Bar)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir all ingredients together. You may add more maple syrup if the mixture isn’t coming together. Oats should be sticky – but crumbly. Put into 9×9 pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until oats are golden. Eat warm or cold (but warm is soooo much better). Put over yogurt, ice cream or eat it on its own!

Makes 8 servings.
